These Terms of Service govern your use of lilluxe.net and purchases made through our website.

1. Our Products

Lil Luxe sells personalised LED acrylic plaques.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials and manufacturing processes.

2. Personalised Products

Where a product is personalised, you are responsible for ensuring that the information and content you provide is correct.

This may include:

Photographs
Names
Dates
Messages
Song titles or information
Text
Personalisation selections
Other uploaded content

Please check everything carefully before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in personalisation information supplied by you where the finished product accurately reproduces the information you submitted, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Uploaded Photographs and Content

By uploading photographs, text or other content for the purpose of personalising a product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

You grant us and the service providers involved in fulfilling your order permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to create, process and deliver your personalised product and provide associated customer service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit content that:

Infringes another person's intellectual-property rights;
Is unlawful;
Is fraudulent or misleading;
Contains content you do not have permission to use; or

We reserve the right to refuse an order containing content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

An order is accepted when the order enters production.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where, for example:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
There is an obvious pricing or listing error;
We cannot reasonably fulfil the requested personalisation; or
We reasonably believe an order is fraudulent or unlawful.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in customer's local currency.

Prices include applicable UK VAT where required.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional codes:

Must be entered at checkout;
Cannot normally be applied retrospectively;
May have expiry dates or eligibility requirements;
Cannot be combined with other promotions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers, provided this does not affect orders already validly concluded.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because personalised products may enter production shortly after an order is received, contact us immediately at contact@liluxe.net if you need to make a change.

We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that this will be possible once production has started.

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Legislation.gov.uk

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

8. Delivery

Production times, shipping estimates, delivery charges and other information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and faulty products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied under a consumer contract must meet statutory standards including satisfactory quality and being as described. Legislation.gov.uk

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third parties to operate our store and fulfil orders, including:

E-commerce platforms;
Payment processors;
Personalisation software providers;
Manufacturers and fulfilment providers;
Couriers;
Analytics providers; and
Marketing providers.

11. Website Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the Lil Luxe name, branding, website design, original graphics, text and other content owned by us may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our permission.

This does not apply to content owned by third parties or content uploaded by customers.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, suspend or change parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits rights given to consumers by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, particularly where we sell internationally.
